VINYL CONSOLIDATING PRIMER
Highly penetrating vinyl primer for exteriors and interiors. Particularly suitable for all wall surfaces such as plaster, drywall, lime-based smoothing compounds, lime and/or cement-based plasters, paints based on organic binders (quartz), and siloxanes. It reduces and evens out substrate absorption, ensuring perfect adhesion and uniformity of color for subsequent coats of finishing products. Appearance of the dried film: transparent. The product is to be diluted with water 400% external use and internal use.
